Are you serious about getting fit and healthy? Our package is designed to support you remotely for 12 weeks BUT we want to keep you motivated and committed.

So…if you prove you have completed the first 6 weeks we will give you a massive 50% discount on the next 6 weeks !!

What’s the catch?

No Catch – We just want to know YOU know what your doing.

We will provide you with Keto food plans Monday – Friday ONLY.

Thats it! YOU look after yourself at the weekends.

We will also give you our 12 week workout challenge. It will take you through 3 stages of fitness,

Stage 1 is endurance & cardio.

Stage 2 is muscle building.

Stage 3 is strength.

We will track your progress and see if you miss a workout.

If you can prove to us that you are really learning and capable of living a Keto life and training hard we will take a look at your progress and give you a 50% discount for the second half of the program.
